Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every item from Hoomau Threads is handmade with intention and crafted right here in Utah. Because I create each piece myself and sometimes need to restock certain sizes or colors, processing times may take a little longer.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be made before it ships.
Shipping time will vary based on your location and the carrier.
Mahalo for supporting a small local business and allowing me the time to create something meaningful for you.
Who do you ship with?
We ship all orders through USPS to keep delivery reliable and affordable. For Canadian orders, packages are transferred to Canada Post once they cross the border. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way so you can follow its journey to you.
How do I care for my apparel?
Each item is made with care, so we recommend:
-
Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors
-
Use gentle detergent and avoid bleach
-
Hang dry or lay flat to dry
-
Avoid ironing directly on the design
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hoomauthreads.com and we’ll be happy to help make it right.
You can also visit our Return Policy page for more details.
Do you create custom orders?
Right now, we focus on our curated designs that carry the heart and message of Ho‘omau. But I love hearing ideas from our community. If you have something special in mind, send a message through our Contact page. I’d love to see what we can create together.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States and Canada.
What does Ho‘omau mean?
