- All orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Methods
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
3. Delivery Time
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, actual shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us at hoomauthreads@gmail.com.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available). You can use this information to check the status of your order.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hoomauthreads@gmail.com.
- Damaged Shipments: If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos and details within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
- Delayed Shipments: Ho'omau Threads LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Ho'omau Threads LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
