Ho'omau Threads LLC Return Policy

At Ho'omau Threads, we take pride in our handmade clothing, accessories, and stickers. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help with a straightforward return process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hoomauthreads@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will work to provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Custom-made orders

Return Process

  1. Email us at hoomauthreads@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  2. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to:

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
